By accessing the website, purchasing a product, or participating in any TTU Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services. If you are purchasing on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

3) Purchases, Payments, and Checkout

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

If a purchase fails or is reversed, access to digital products or programs may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

4) Digital Products, Programs, and Access

TTU may offer:

  • The book and companion materials

  • Programs such as the 30-Day Quick Start and optional coaching/community support

  • Consulting/PD services, workshops, and training

Access delivery: After purchase, you may receive an email with onboarding instructions. If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, contact us at [support email].

We reserve the right to update or improve program materials over time.

5) The 30-Day Quick Start + Optional Ongoing Support

If you enroll in a TTU “30-Day Quick Start” experience:

  • Your purchase covers the first 30 days as described on the sales/detail page at the time of purchase.

  • Any additional coaching, community access, or months 2–12 support may be offered separately and may require a separate purchase or subscription.

No long-term commitment is required to start unless explicitly stated at checkout.

6) Subscriptions (If/When Offered)

If TTU offers subscriptions (e.g., monthly coaching/community):

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

  • You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

  • Subscription pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

7) Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Because many TTU offerings are digital and accessible immediately, refunds are limited.

A) Digital downloads and immediate-access digital content

All sales are generally final once access is delivered.

B) Programs (e.g., 30-Day Quick Start)

If you experience access issues or believe you purchased in error, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [support email]. We may, at our discretion:

  • resolve access issues,

  • offer a credit, or

  • issue a refund if appropriate.

C) Consulting, workshops, and PD services

Fees for consulting and PD are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, or contract. Scheduling and cancellation terms will be stated in that agreement.

8) Intellectual Property and License

All TTU content, including frameworks, text, videos, templates, prompts, slide decks, and downloadable materials, are owned by TTU or licensed to TTU and protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a digital product or program, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use (or internal organizational use if purchased by an organization), subject to these terms:

You may not:

  • share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or publicly post TTU materials,

  • train others using TTU materials as your own without written permission,

  • remove TTU branding/copyright notices.

For district/organizational licenses, TTU may provide separate written terms.

9) Community Conduct (If Applicable)

If you participate in TTU community spaces (e.g., group platform, workshops, discussions), you agree to:

  • be respectful and professional,

  • avoid harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content,

  • not share confidential information or student personally identifiable information (PII),

  • not promote competing services or solicit members without permission.

We may remove content or suspend access for behavior that violates these standards.

10) No Professional Advice; Educational & Business Disclaimer

TTU provides education, frameworks, and professional learning.

  • TTU does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take.

  • Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on your context, effort, and implementation.

11) Consulting & District Engagements

Consulting, audits, fractional services, and district engagements may be governed by separate written agreements (proposals, MSAs, SOWs). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

12) Student Data and Privacy

TTU does not request student PII via public website forms. If TTU engages with a district in a way that involves student data, the parties will use a written agreement specifying data handling obligations.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13) Third-Party Tools and Links

TTU may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling, payment processing, community tools). Your use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms and policies. TTU is not responsible for third-party services.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TTU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • TTU’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid TTU for the applicable Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum allowed by law).

(Some states don’t allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.)

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTU from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

17) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update Services and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
